What's the pic articulation

I purchased this app because it looked like it would be very motivating for my clients. However, I am not able to get it to work.

It opens, I can type in names and choose an avatar, but after I select a player and touch 'done', the app closes. I am using an ipad2 with IOS 7.1.2.

Hi Karen,

Sorry for the trouble and late reply.

A good reason that this is happening is because you are running an older version of iOS on an older iPad.

I suggest deleting the app and reinstalling it (you won't have to pay for it again). If that doesn't help, you may need to contact Apple or update your iPad to the newest iOS available.
