Struggling with speaking / asking questions

I'm 32 and have in the last few years had an intermittent problem where I really struggle to get words out when asking questions such as 'How much' or 'where are you from'. I simply can't seem to start the sentence and get the words out.

I have tried visualising the words as I say them, and also just making the phonetic sounds but nothing seems to help. I usually have to come up with a different way of phrasing things but it is really hindering my conversational ability.

Appreciate that's not much detail (I'm looking for more details myself) but any suggestions would be gratefully received. Thanks!
