Speech Therapy without a therpist

My 3.4 year old son doesn't speak. He can count till 20, recognize all colours and shapes, recognize all the animals and ABCs alphabets, and even manage to say a few words (20-30).

He loves playing with toy cars and can tell the name of each. But no sentences, not even two words. He uses sign language, points or babbles a lot.

He lives in a remote place in India where speech therapy is not possible. What can we, parents do to help him? We are very worried.
