Language Empires by Smarty Ears, it works on vocabulary, sequencing, inferencing, why, how, which, predicting, figurative language.

My kids love it!

Also, language categories by Smarty Ears. Lots of categories, sorting, telling why things go together, can do multiple students in one session.

Both these apps have data trackers and you can email them to yourself, print them out and put them in therapy folder.

I also use articulation scenes, by Smarty Ears. You can even print homework targeting the sounds they are working on. I have many more apps that I use.
