Speech delay problem

Hello,

I have 6 year old son who is diagnosed with autism and severe speech delay. He has no hearing problems. He can make phonic sounds like small kids (tha-tha, pha, ba-ba, mumum, nah-nan).

Will he ever be able to speak in his life?
