Saying V words

Hello my son has been having speech therapy for around 2 years his 5 years old. He has trouble with his V and F and also a few other letters. Although he is doin amazing his name happens to b vinnie and he can say it. It comes out and ginnie will he ever get his V as its affecting how he is and startin to get upset
