Resources for Classroom Teacher to Support Carryover?

I am weaning a child away from as much direct speech therapy as he has had in the past.

I will continue monitoring him, but wondered if anyone has any resources or suggestions for materials perhaps in the way of tracking/incentives to give a teacher to help her encourage more complete carryover.
