Re-evaluation for a student who stutters

The Child Study Team in my district conducted a reevaluation on a student who also stutters. He has been in speech for many years and his fluency disorder has not changed much in the past three years.

Do I have to complete a new speech evaluation on him every three years, or can I forgo the eval?
