Option on my speech delayed 26 month daughter

My daughter has always be behind in her speech.

She recently had an speech eval. and did not qualify for services in our county due to a Mild delay and needed to score higher in other areas which she did well in.

I am currently working with her at home, trying everything i can ( picture charts, books, videos etc).

She mostly babbles and can only say about 20+ words but not by herself mostly with help.

I recently got her to say the C sounds,B and T sounds not words yet.

Is there anything else you would recommend since she didn't qualify for services?
