Non Fluent Speech

Our 10 yr old has a speech problem that doesn't seem to be a stutter or stammer but it's rather as though he forgets what he wanted to say or just forgets the words he wanted to use! He׳s quite an intelligent child with an interesting imagination!

If we help him remember words he carries on until he gets "stuck" again! He of course knows he has this problem but it doesn't seem to bother him and he doesn't want therapy. I should mention that he a very outgoing child.
