My stammer (strange)

I am 14years of age and I have problem in speaking words starting with “Sh” , “s” , “f” I am very worried 😟 about it everyone makes fun of me I am a good speaker but the most disgusting problem of me is in speaking the words starting with mentioned letters!!
Yes! It's true that I am able to speak them clearly when I speak slowly with focus but in general I always mistaken
I am 😔 and depressed!!
Please can you tell me tricks to treat it's possible easily myself as fast as possible ?
