My son is 19 yrs old but not speaking clearly

Hi I am parent,my son is not speaking clearly& is memory is also weak ,he can't remember anything necessarily work / things related to daily routine life for them,he complete his study 10th std.,failed in eng med. But he can't remember& speak clearly that's why we are worried about them & his future ,because we have only one child so please help me what can i do ? He can speak very well ?
