My daughter doesn't talk yet

I'm not getting any answers she's been to the doc and still no anwser I have changed her doctor two time becuase I essential getting no answers I was being passed around she will be five in sep19 I don't know what else to do this is my first kid like this and I feel like I failed my kids cuz idk what to do any more please help
