iPad Apps for Assessment

Hi,

I know there are a ton of therapy apps out there for use on iPads, but I am in need of mobile and varied assessments that will allow me to test a wide range of people and disabilities to provide payors with standardized test scores.

I would love to find an assessment for articulation and for vocabulary.

Does anyone know of reliable/valid/recognized testing that can be used with an iPad?
