Does My Child Need Therapy

Hi, my son is going on 10 now and still cannot pronounce his Rs correctly. When he was younger I assumed he would grow out of it, but now as he's getting older I'm being to question whether or not he will. Most adults he talks to notice it and some mention therapy to me. He has trouble say words like 'shirts' and 'ranch' often pronouncing them 'showts' and 'wanch'. Do you think he'll grow out of it or should I look into therapy?
