Difficulty saying words that start P or F

I have a bad time saying words that have an 'f' or 'p' in them. I try to say four and I can't get it out until I let all the air out of my lungs. Sometimes they come right out. Other times I have a real problem. If I say a work in front of the one I am trying to say, I can get it out. What is this called? And is there any solutions for it?

I have this problem to but it is with p and k and sometimes it comes sometimes it dont and it is really annoying and embrassing
