clip palet problem fo 15 years old

I have done my frangical flop for about 2years from now may since when I was 12 yeas old and.i had the clip and left palate since when I was born and I went to many speech therapist and after the surgery to even I had one in my school they said that there is a lot of improvement after the surgery but when I record myself singing to talking I still hear some thins that are nasal and not clear to other people to hear but I finished all my medical treatments in New York.

that's what made me better than before but I still have these problems and I am 15 years old there is something that forget to say I have done also the speech x Ray before the surgery and after the surgery and I did many hearing test and I finished all my surgeries and know they said just wear the hearing aid when go outside please I need help. Thank you
