Cleft Palate, Getting /b/ Instead of /m/

I've tried my tricks and haven't been successful.

She doesn't have enough pressure to make her nose vibrate with the m and so far, can't hear the difference.

Paper doesn't move when she makes b or p sounds. Any additional tricks would be appreciated.
