Cant Say My R's Correctly

Hi, I'm 16 years old and ever since I was a kid I have never been able to say my R's correctly, they sound like w's and sometimes o's.

It's really frustrating.

I don't have any disability or syndrome,and my teeth seem to be aligned correctly, never had any issues at the dentists besides cavities every now and then.

I'm perfectly normal its just my speech impediment that drives me crazy. I want to know if I'll ever be able to outgrow it or if their is anyway to fix it.
