Cant Pronounce R Correctly

Hi,

My son is 4.4 years old.

But still now he cant pronounce R. He substitutes R sound with L sound.
For example... he says "led" instead of "red", "load" instead of "road", "labbit" instead of "rabbit" ,"locket" instead of "rocket"and it goes on.

As I am not in a position to go with speech therapist option, kindly give me some tricks to teach him R.
