ASSESSMENT Protocols, use twice?

Hello!
I have been a school based SLP for 7 years and now am working at a clinic doing a LOT of diagnostics. I found ASHA's position on using older tests (we have the GTFA-2; not the 3.... we have the CASL; not the CASL2) but can't find anything about using a protocol twice. For example, a kiddo was tested last year with the PLS-5 at age 2:6...now it's a year later and I want to do the PLS-5 with him again at age 3:6... at my last job we used to use the same protocol if it was available. Do any of you do that? Is this okay? I can't find anything tell me we can't! Thanks and happy holidays! - Danielle
