Articulation Therapy for 3 Year Old With Repaired Cleft Palate

I have a child with a repaired cleft palate that still has a small hole in the palate. She is very unintelligible.

With her increase language skills her speech is becoming more unintelligible. What strategies do you suggest to increase her speech intelligibility?
