Unclear and Slow Speech

I have 12 year old HAF son who still speaks very slow and unclear, his speech therapist only say it is language disorder. But could that be anything else?

What kind of evaluation or therapy can help him speak clear and better. He gets only 30 mins speech (On one one) and 30 mins group.

He seems to be not at all improving and they do not increase therapy because in the middle school. I just feel lost not knowing what to do. Please help.

Have him evaluated privately by a Speech-Language therapy to get a second opinion.
