My 5 Year old boy not communicating well

My boy is 5 years old and studying in KG2. He reads and writes well but, he is not speaking well.

He will answer for things which he frequently hears, his memory power is good (he can catch the music from tv and repeats occasionally).

I feel he is not talking for his age, but what he says is clear.

What should I do now?
