Mouth-breather

I am a ST work in a special school for moderate grade mentally-challenged children.

This year I meet a 6-yr old girl who breathes through the mouth, what kind of exercise/strategy can i use to teach her breathe through the nostrils?

As she breathes through the mouth, sometimes the air stream is so strong that it "blows" out the saliva.
