Dear Home Speech Home/Fellow SLPs

When choosing a goal, how many words do you work with? For example, if you set a client goal for multiple meaning words, how do you know the client has mastered MM words when there are 100s of words and you cabt address them all?Do you pick 15?20? Or, do you wait till they understand the concept of MM words? Do you just wait for mastery within those sets of word pairs? Same could go with homonyms, synonyms, etc.
